National labor and employment law firm Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete, LLP is pleased to announce Aadil Muhammad has joined the firm’s San Francisco office.

Aadil represents employers in a range of cases involving employment litigation matters, including discrimination claims, in both state and federal courts, as well as arbitration settings. His skill set spans a wide range, encompassing tasks such as drafting legal documents, formulating motion papers, overseeing written discovery processes, orchestrating and safeguarding depositions involving both experts and non-experts, engaging in mediation sessions, and contributing to the assembly of trial materials. Aadil is a member of the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area and the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association.

Aadil earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of Law.
